Seven Key Reasons Why We Lose Motivation:
1 Being bored with your routine.
2 Feeling like you can't make a difference.
3 Not being satisfied with what you've done - Are you a perfectionist?
4 Feeling stressed about what you're doing - Do you regularly feel stressed and overwhelmed by work and/or home life?
5 Comparing yourself to others.
6 Lacking purpose.
7 Setting unrealistic targets
One of the biggest motivation killers is trying to please everyone.

6. Switch off the stream - It’s time to go offline AND GET outside
7. NLP tells us that as human beings we move towards what is pleasurable and move away from what is painful
FACE YOUR FEARS
Chances are, you have some sort of fear or belief of something negative happening that is keeping you from taking action.
The most common are:
1. Fear of failure
2. Fear of the unknown
3. Fear of rejection
4. Fear of not being good enough
5. Fear of change
6. Fear of the unknown
Kindness and motivation and mental health. What’s kindness got to do with motivation? The answer is everything!
