Positions Currently Available

  • We’re a well-established recruitment business with nearly 30 years of experience, and we’re investing deliberately in growth. We’re looking for a Specialist Recruitment Consultant to develop our Accounting & Finance offering — someone ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to own their own niche. 

    This is a high-impact role. You won’t inherit a warm desk — you’ll build relationships, win clients, and develop your market with the support of a driven, experienced team and inspiring leadership.  

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop and grow your own area of the business in Accounting & Finance

    • Open doors with new clients and build lasting relationships 

    • Deliver exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates 

    • Take ownership of your results while working collaboratively with the team 

    • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand market presence 

    Who we’re looking for:

    • Experienced recruiters with a strong track record in Accounting & Finance

    • Ambitious, driven, and commercially focused 

    • Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for results 

    • Skilled at building relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders 

    • Resilient, with a growth mindset and willingness to push beyond comfort zones
