The Past

Our ethos to be different started back in 1996, the recruiting landscape looked very different then. An idea was born for a recruitment business that would take on a fresh, honest and consultative approach as opposed to the “norm” at that time. We started with a deeply consultative approach, this was not all about shifting numbers quickly, it was about building lasting client and candidate relationships. We took our time to understand the personality of the candidate and the company culture of our clients, getting the match right for both. In this day and age, every decent recruiter should be doing this. It was a vision we had and one that worked well within our industry. But we don't stand still, we are quick to adapt to changing markets, and constantly looking for better working practices for our consultants, clients and candidates.
