We would like to find like-minded, passionate recruitment Professionals to join our existing team of recruitment superstars. You will have a truly uncapped earning potential together with a structured ongoing training and development program. Our marketing department put together a marketing and social media strategy designed for your specific needs and goals. 

We have heavily invested in an amazing tech stack using the latest technologies to free your time up to do all the work you enjoy and to help ease those laborious tasks. For this, we use an AI and robotic client candidate matching tool and a modern fully integrated CMS with Firefish software. To cap this all off we use the latest social media automated posting tools, so you look busy and informative on your personal social media platforms ….. and you won't have to spend all your time creating content and posting information! 

We have great offices to work from based in our North West Hub in Warrington, but alternatively, this could be a hybrid role of remote working and office-based too.

You’ll need to have the following skills and background:

  • Recent relevant experience in either an in-house or agency recruitment; or a services and solutions sales background

  • Confident relationship building and networking skills

  • Comfortable communicator

  • Passionate, with a thirst to keep learning in all aspects of recruitment

  • Self-driven, resourceful, strong work ethic and determination to succeed

  • Access to our North West Hub in Warrington
